Designed for underwater combat, the Marshydog's body was modified and equipped with an air barge that inflated and allowed temporary underwater submersion. In addition, the Marshydog was equipped with hydrojets for underwater movement and oxygen tanks to support the pilot. Because of its underwater customizations, the Marshydog's speed was lower than the standard Scopedog, and it was armed only with the standard arm punch and a compact heavy machine gun/grenade launcher.
